Jeff Herschy SaaS Entrepreneur

Jeffrey Donald Schwerdt was born in Livingston, New Jersey, United States. Raised on the Jersey Shore, he developed an early interest in aviation and athletics. From a young age, he expressed a desire to become a jet pilot. After promising his mother that the interest was genuine, he began formal flying lessons at age seventeen.

He attended Southern Regional High School in Manahawkin, New Jersey, where he graduated in 1996. During high school he participated in cross country, track, and basketball while taking flying lessons and working. His commitment to aviation led to a full scholarship through the Reserve Officer Training Corps to pursue higher education.

Jeff Herschy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University between 1996 and 2000. Following his graduation, he completed two years of intensive U.S. Air Force pilot training and went on to graduate as a Distinguished Graduate from F-16 training, an honor awarded to top-performing pilots in the program.

Following his medical retirement, Jeff Herschy began studying online marketing, digital systems, and business operations. Without prior business experience, he started working with local companies and learning the fundamentals of internet marketing, funnel building, and customer acquisition. His earliest ventures focused on helping small businesses improve visibility and generate leads, eventually expanding into software development and training programs.

In 2022 Jeff Jeff Herschy marketing automation expert Herschy founded Reviewly.ai, a software platform designed to help small businesses and marketing agencies collect and respond to Google reviews more efficiently. The system combines SMS feedback workflows with physical review devices such as NFC plates, QR cards, and smart stickers.

Reviewly.ai allows businesses to invite customers to leave reviews through text messages, generate suggested review drafts, and receive immediate notifications of new Google reviews. The platform also provides a white-label version for agencies managing multiple client locations. As the founder of Reviewly.ai, Jeff Herschy oversees product development, systems architecture, and strategic partnerships.

Alongside his software companies, Jeff Herschy has created training programs and operational systems that have been widely adopted across the marketing and SaaS industries. His frameworks for revenue operations, automation, and agency delivery have influenced a broad range of businesses through courses, workshops, and platform-based learning.
